For wedding receptions this includes access to the building at 9am for decorating and use of the bridal suite. All events must conclude by midnight and any live music must end by 10:30pm in accordance with the residential noise ordinance in our neighborhood. Capacity: 125-250 Guests Building Rental Fee: $2,750 per night Deposit: $2,750 *125 minimum guest count is required to rent the facility Decorations: We allow decorations to be brought into the facility. We DO NOT allow open flame candles or fireworks of any kind, including sparklers. NO flower petals or confetti are allowed inside the building and only biodegradable confetti or flowers are allowed outside. Ceremonies are staged just off the outdoor terrace on the ninth green of the golf course. There is no additional fee for the ceremony, however, we do not supply the chairs.
